Capturing, Printing and Presenting Images

This section will help the highway designer better use technologies for taking photos, printing them or using service bureaus for large prints, and optimizing presentations using the internet, CDROMs or a laptop computer. The basic techniques section covers the creation of images directly out of Microstation for use in Powerpoint presentations and printing in 8.5"x11" documents. The advanced section covers higher resolution image generation, image adjustment in Photoshop, and animated presentations. The last section covers some basic image acquisition issues with film and digital cameras.
