Technical Support
IHSDM users may request technical support by calling the IHSDM Help Line or emailing the IHSDM technical support staff. The IHSDM technical support staff works onsite in the Geometric Design Laboratory at the Federal Highway Administration Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center. Technical support for IHSDM users is free of charge.
IHSDM Help Line
Users may call the IHSDM Help Line at 202–493–3407. The Help Line is monitored daily, except for Federal Government holidays.

IHSDM Training
Training Courses
FHWA’s Resource Center (RC) and the National Highway Institute (NHI) offer training related to IHSDM, including a new “Using Interactive Highway Safety Design Model (IHSDM)” blended training course (Course Number FHWA-NHI-380100) and “Applications of the FHWA IHSDM CPM” (an RC follow-up course to the new NHI 380100 course).
