This project will lead to better mutual knowledge and understanding between state Departments of Transportation (DOTs) and law enforcement agencies about the most effective methods for protecting critical infrastructure, reducing the risk from vehicles-as-weapons threats, and using the latest technical information for fixed and relocatable barrier options to address current vehicles-as-weapons tactics.
