The proper staffing is essential to the Traffic Management Center (TMC) operations to meet the expectations of both internal and external customers. This project is exploring how agencies address the needs for TMC staffing requirements and how this information can be used to develop position descriptions and job classifications for the staff required to manage, operate, and maintain the center of a TMC.
