Project Abstract:
The objectives of this research project are to:
(1) Develop a tool to assess the safety, operations, and access (utility and disutility) of inserting new interchanges in urban areas
(2) Provide technical support to road jurisdictions in applying novel intersection designs, and conduct further safety and operational evaluations of novel intersections
