Project Abstract:
Requires coordination with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) information technology division, pavement research laboratory managers and staff, and the asphalt research consortium (ARC) database developers. Evaluate the ARC database product, laboratory needs, and FHWA procedures to make a recommendation for what modifications are necessary to the database. The database will be modified based on those recommendations and implemented on the FHWA network.
Goals:
Adapt and deploy ARC database deliverable as the FHWA pavement research database system to satisfy pavements research data needs.
