Project Abstract:
The project is developing technical resources to assist agencies in developing concepts of operations (ConOps), requirements, and supporting details necessary to use in the planning, design, or preparation for creating the next generation of their Traffic Management Systems (TMSs). Technical resources are also addressing the key issues when transitioning from current to the next-generation of a TMS or subsystem. These resources will increase the practitioners’ awareness of the recommended methods, issues to consider, and practices to improve how agencies plan, prepare, develop, design, implement, and begin using their next generation of their TMS.
