Project Abstract:
The objectives of Project S04B are: to work with the S04A contractor on a mutual communications plan covering project management, data collection, quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) and data delivery and acceptance; to work with the S04A contractor on QC/QA verification and acceptance; to execute the S04B management plan to collect and deliver data; and to provide to the S04A contractor the requested data in the specified format, within target accuracy specifications, and according to the Strategic Highway Research Program 2 (SHRP2) Project S04 schedule.

Project Outputs:
Driving behaviors will be correlated with particular highway design features, providing foundational information that highway and traffic engineers can use to design safer roads. The roadway information database also provides a model for developing linked data sets for asset management purposes.
