Project Abstract:
Review the Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) program Specific Pavement Study (SPS)-8 experiment and conduct a study, using the data in the LTPP database, to identify and quantify the effect of materials, climates, and design on the performance of pavements in the absence of heavy loads. In addition, an analysis process will be developed so that States can conduct the research on their SPS-8 sites.
Goals
