Project Abstract:
The decision support for the Traffic Management Systems (TMSs) project is examining current agency practices with using or planning to integrate the use of decision-support methods and tools to improve the capabilities and performance of TMSs. The resulting report will also provide a framework for understanding these different types of available methods and tools, how they may enhance decisionmaking, or improve the management and operation of a TMS, or the performance of specific operational strategies.
