Project Abstract:
This is a services task order to provide technical and support services to assist with the day-to-day management and operation of the Saxton Transportation Operations Laboratory (STOL) Data Resources (DRT) Testbed .
The Contractor shall provide the staff necessary to provide the technical and support services to assist with the day-to-day management and operation of the STOL DRT within the following Tasks:
Task 1: Project Management and Administration
Task 2: DRT Day-to-Day Management and Operation
Task 3: DRT Planning, Management and Administration
Task 4: Identify, Obtain and Prepare Data and Applications for Use
Task 5: DRT Technical Assistance and Support
Task 6: Stakeholder Coordination and Outreach
Prior to initiating any additional work not specifically identified below, the Contractor shall first: define the scope, list the key activities to be conducted, document the range of issues to be addressed, establish the schedule for completing the work, estimate the level of effort and schedule to complete the work, and identify the staff and technical expertise required to perform the work.
