Project Abstract:
This study will identify, document, and develop guidance materials on the state of the practice and the state of the art in utilizing the range of data available from traffic analysis tools in a manner that operating agencies, decisionmakers, or seasoned professionals would not have otherwise gained through a raw interpretation of individual performance measures.
