Project Outcomes/Impact:
By consolidating independent technical reviews of key policy research, Office of Transportation Policy Studies (HPTS) has enabled on-going consistent and independent reviews of key aspects of its policy research program. Using civil servants to facilitate these reviews eliminates potential review conflicts of interest and enables objectivity and continuity across the research portfolio.
