Completion of 67-80 Accelerated Pavement Testing Facility Mixture Fatigue And Rutting Characterization
Project Information
The purpose of this activity is to capitalize on recent laboratory fatigue and rutting characterization studied in conjunction with Accelerated Pavement Testing Facility performance. Flow number and axial push-pull characterization now have a measure of credibility as a surrogate test to full-scale Accelerated Pavement Testing Facility loading.
Goals
To provide a more robust and discriminating rutting and fatigue laboratory characterization of mixtures tested in full scale in TPF-5(0127) and SPR-2(174).
