The project will develop recommendations to support ongoing Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives of FHWA and AASHTO. It will also develop a framework and process for creating and maintaining a national library of BIM definitions that can be used for exchanging, linking, and crowd sourcing of data by users and the software community
