Project Abstract:
Bridge component-level and element-level condition data will be analyzed to develop refined conversion profiles between the two data types. The first-generation profiles will be updated and improved by using a larger and more current data set and will develop profiles specific to different component and material types. The profiles support data quality assurance review and the conversion of refined element-level modeling and condition forecasting to Federal Highway Administration component-level transportation performance management measures.
