Project Abstract:
This pooled-fund study (PFS) project will assist Department of Transportation's (DOTs,) metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), and local governments to create enterprise graphic information system (GIS) data management based on data governance best practices to support collaboration through shared business rules and standards that support the principle of “measure once, use many times."
The main goal is a single roadway dataset that meets the needs of multiple groups.
