QL-PAY 6.0 requires the .Net Framework Version 4. The .Net Framework may be found at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download. QL-PAY 6.0 was developed on Windows 7 and may not run on other versions of Windows.

===================
Version 6.0.3: Changes from version 6.0.2

Implmentation of the "Mean as Target Value within Range" specification has been adjusted.

===================
Version 6.0.2: Changes from version 5.6

QL-PAY 6.0 stores its data in a different format than QL-PAY 5.

If QLPAY is installed on a WFLHD computer with the "All Users" option it will adjust its configuration to WFLHD's directory structure.

===================
Version 5.6: Changes from version 5.4

(There is no release version 5.5.)

This version of QL-PAY supports FP-14 Specifications. Pay factors for certain properties ate calculated differently. The "Maximum Asphalt Binder Pay Factor" switch has been eliminated.

Options to change default settings during configuration has been removed. if necessary, these settings can still be changed from the menu as usual.

By default, all users in an "All users" installation share the same database. ("Single User" installations are independent of each other.)

The ability of 5.6 to exist alongside other versions has been improved. The ability to uninstall only the current version has been added.

QL-PAY no longer has a "Reports" directory. Users should save reports to a location they choose, using the Adobe Acrobat Reader's "Save" function.

===================
Version 5.4: Changes from version 5.3

New Install and Uninstall programs have been added.

Changes have been made to the directory structure of the QL-PAY installation, to better support installation in a multi-user Windows environment.

The 'Resources' directory of previous versions of QL-PAY is no longer present, and the option to reconfigure it has been removed.

The root directory for the user's configuration is displayed in the configuration dialog, and is not editable.

If QL-PAY has been installed but has not yet been launched by a user (e.g, in an All-User install situation), QL-PAY will detect that it has not yet been configured and will bring up a Configuration dialog.

There have been no changes to the functionality of QL-PAY in any areas than Installation/Uninstallation and configuration.

NOTE: The location of the user's configuration file is fixed at %USERPROFILE%\Qlpay. User-configurable directories are:

'Db' (data directory), containing the QL-PAY data file and files containing certain definitions and templates.

'Import' (import directory), the default directory where QL-PAY will look for transfer files to import.

'Export' (export directory), the default directory where QL-PAY will place transfer files it has created for export.

These settings may be changed at any time. (Any contents must be moved manually; changing the default path does not move data.)

QL-PAY data can be shared among multiple logon accounts by choosing a location for the 'Db' directory, to which all accounts have access. The Import and/or Export directories can be shared similarly. The Uninstall program will not remove these directories if they are not under the user's QL-PAY directory tree.
